All items are designed by me, handmade or illustrated by me. Colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade and printed goods.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of error or stock issues.
Prices for items are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that I offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you.
I accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.
All prices are as stated on my website and all postage/shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please check your order at every stage before submitting.
Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. Your card details are not stored on my website.
I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location and postal services. If delays occur, I will notify you by email.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
To return an item:
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact me immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to me and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will offer a replacement or refund.
All artwork, illustrations, patterns, designs, photographs and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Dawn Marie Illustration. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered or used for any purpose without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce or use the artwork commercially.
