All delivery times are based on Royal Mail estimates and are valid from the time of dispatch and not from the time of ordering.

I do hope that you like everything you receive from Dawn Marie Illustration, but if for any reason you are not happy, then please contact me and i will do everything i can to resolve the issue.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel or request a refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

All the information you need to return your item/s should be within your order confirmation email.

• PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THE FIRST INSTANCE 
• Use original packaging if possible, if not then please package your item/s appropriately
• Ensure you have taken care of the item/s you are returning, do not remove any labels or damage the item/s. They should be returned in their original condition or this will result in a loss in value and will be deducted from your refund
• Please include a 'sender' name on the package you are returning for our reference
• I suggest obtaining a proof of posting when returning your item/s
