DELIVERY INFORMATION

I currently ship within the UK ONLY.

Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 flat rate 

FREE UK Delivery - Free delivery on all orders over £35

Shipping charges are displayed before payment is made.

PROCESSING TIMES 

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, including seasonal launches, Christmas, public holidays and periods of high demand.

DELIVERY TIMES

Following dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. 

PAPERFUL POST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paperful Post subscription parcels are dispatched according to the published subscription schedule.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or circumstances beyond my control.

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch via the contact page and i will do my best to assist.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you purchase products from this website as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. 

To exercise this right, you must notify Dawn Marie Illustration of your decision to cancel within this period.

After notifying me, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

RETURNING GOODS

Refund items should be sent back in a condition suitable for resale.

You are entitled to inspect goods in the same way you would in a physical shop. However, any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods may affect the refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once returned goods have been received, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned.

Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will include the cost of the goods and the original standard delivery charge.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

Unless goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

For your protection, proof of postage or a tracked service is recommended.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

If you believe that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with: 

* Your order number

* Details of the issue

* Photographs where relevant

I will work to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty or not as described: 

*Personalised or custom made items

*Digital downloads

*Downloadable resources once accessed or downloaded

*Goods made to your specific requirements

At present, Dawn Marie Illustration accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom ONLY.
